Net profit of Fino Payments Bank declined 70.42% to Rs 7.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 24.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 21.45% to Rs 64.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 52.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 43.30% to Rs 52.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 92.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 27.12% to Rs 248.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 195.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Fino Payments Bank has successfully migrated its Core Banking System (CBS) to Finacle, marking a major milestone in its digital transformation journey. The migration establishes a scalable, modular, and future-ready technology platform to support the Bank's next phase of growth, including its transition to a Small Finance Bank (SFB).

The migration was carried out through a carefully phased approach, with a temporary moderation in business volumes during Q4 FY26 to prioritise system stability and data integrity. Despite the scale and complexity involved, the transition was completed within the anticipated timeline, underscoring strong execution and operational discipline.

Commenting on the development, Ketan Merchant, Interim CEO, said: ?This migration represents a strategic investment of over ~₹200 crore in building a robust digital foundation for the future. The new modular architecture allows efficient growth across liabilities, lending, and payments. It also significantly accelerates product launches, strengthening our readiness for the SFB journey.?

The bank?s deposits reached an all-time high of Rs 2,950-plus crore in March 2026. Quarterly renewal income stood at Rs 62.2 crore, which is the highest ever for the bank.

Loan referral disbursements were Rs 540?600 crore in Q4 FY26, indicating 96% growth over Q3 FY26 and 90% of the cumulative disbursements of the first three quarters combined.

The company?s transaction business comprising remittance, micro ATM and AePS declined 30% QoQ due to muted activity in January and February, with recovery observed in March 2026.

The digital payment services declined ~25% QoQ in line with a calibrated approach toward merchant quality and risk management, with stabilization trends visible over the coming quarters.

?While select segments reflect ongoing industry transitions, the bank remains focused on strengthening core liabilities, improving the quality of business, and building scalable growth drivers aligned with its strategic roadmap.

The bank will continue to progress on its SFB implementation journey, building a strong liability-first and prudent secured lending franchise with differentiated distribution strategy,? Fino Payments Bank said in a statement.
