The company said that significant shareholder True North Fund VI LLP has sold its entire stake of 2,56,95,139 equity shares, representing approximately 6.86% of the paid-up equity share capital, through a block deal on the stock exchange mechanism

The shares were acquired by Nomura India Equity Fund, managed by Nomura Asset Management.

Consequent to this transaction, True North Fund VI LLP's shareholding in the company stands at Nil.

Fedbank Financial Services (FedFina) is a non-banking finance company (NBFC). It is a subsidiary company of Federal Bank and has been engaged in financial services. It is a leading retail focused NBFC specializing in loan against property and gold Loans.

The company has reported 40.3% jump in net profit to Rs 100.5 crore on 17.5% increase in net total income to Rs 378 crore in Q4 March 2026 over Q4 March 2025.

Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 71,125 equity shares under ESOS on 06 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 3,74,32,27,260/- consisting of 37,43,22,726 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Net profit of Fedbank Financial Services rose 40.31% to Rs 100.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 71.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.96% to Rs 616.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 536.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 52.59% to Rs 343.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 225.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.84% to Rs 2223.60 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2061.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Net interest income (NII), the difference between interest earned and interest expended, rose 22.6% YoY to Rs 342.7 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 279.6 crore in the year-ago period.

Operating profit improved by 24% YoY to Rs 162.8 crore in the fourth quarter.

Credit cost for the period under review was Rs 27.9 crore as against Rs 32.6 crore in Q4 FY25.

Accordingly, profit before tax in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 134.9 crore, up by 36.7% from Rs 98.7 crore recorded in Q4 FY25.

The gross NPA ratio declined to 1.9% as on March 2026 as against 2.1% as on December 2025 and 2.0% as on March 2025.

Net NPAs came in at 1.3% in Q4 FY26 as compared with 1.4% in Q3 FY26 and 1.2% in Q4 FY25.

Total assets under management as on 31 March 2026 stood at Rs 20,153 crore, up 27.5% YoY.
