Fabtech Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 6%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Profit before tax in Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 29.89 crore, up by 50.0% from Rs 19.93 crore in Q4 FY25.

For FY26, the company posted net profit and total income of Rs 38.36 crore (down 17.4% YoY) and Rs 410.77 crore (up 25.7% YoY), respectively.

The company?s management said: FY26 has been a defining year for Fabtech Technologies, reflecting our resilience, strong execution, and long-term strategic focus.

Our top line grew by 28% to Rs 431 crore, and we further strengthened our foundation through a strategic equity infusion of approximately Rs 230 crore.

We continue to expand as a global brand across 60+ geographies. The UAE and Saudi Arabia remain our core markets, while Kenya?s rapid growth highlights strong opportunities in Africa. We enter FY27 with our strongest balance sheet to date, ready to scale further.

Looking ahead, our focus remains on cash and collections. While our liquidity is strong, we are prioritizing receivables management to support sustainable growth.

Fabtech Technologies is engaged in the business of providing turnkey projects solutions to pharmaceutical and allied industries by way of supplying pharmaceutical machineries/equipment, in house designing and engineering and undertaking other activities as required in various turnkey projects.

Net profit of Fabtech Technologies rose 46.19% to Rs 22.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 15.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.54% to Rs 158.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 134.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 17.42% to Rs 38.36 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 25.74% to Rs 410.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 326.67 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

The company stated that the closing year witnessed heightened global volatility, including disruptions in logistics, freight movements, and cost escalations across key inputs.

Despite these transient challenges in the final weeks of the year, the company has successfully navigated the environment with minimal impact on its overall performance, reflecting the strength and resilience of its execution model.

The company continued to expand its presence in high-growth segments, including entry into the animal health space.

Geographically, Fabtech strengthened its international footprint with vaccine and advanced pharmaceutical projects in Saudi Arabia and large-scale projects across Africa.

Looking ahead, the company remains optimistic about its growth trajectory, supported by a robust order book, expanding market presence, and continued focus on complex, value-accretive projects,? Fabtech Technologies said in a statement.
