Excel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 13.75 per equity Share (i.e. 275%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Excel Industries declined 1.05% to Rs 12.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 13.48% to Rs 281.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 247.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 11.30% to Rs 75.67 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 85.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.91% to Rs 1094.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 978.07 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
