Elcid Investments announced that the 45th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 31 July 2026.

Net Loss of Elcid Investments reported to Rs 41.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 19.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales reported to Rs -63.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs -17.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.07% to Rs 108.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 153.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 36.55% to Rs 133.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 211.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Elcid Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
