➢ Agreement to acquire the Branded Formulations businesses of Biocon Biologics pertaining to the Indian Territory to the extent and in the manner mentioned therein.

➢ Agreement to acquire 19% equity stake in Swiss Parenterals from the Promoters of the Company.

Net profit of ERIS Lifesciences rose 0.86% to Rs 102.74 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 101.86 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 15.71% to Rs 483.48 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 417.84 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.
