Net profit of Dhanlaxmi Bank rose 50.07% to Rs 43.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 28.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 26.36% to Rs 443.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 350.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 54.19% to Rs 102.75 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 66.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 21.34% to Rs 1601.48 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1319.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Dhanlaxmi Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 April 2026.

The bank?s total deposits stood at Rs 18,643 crore, marking a 16.42% YoY growth, while its total business reached Rs 33,773 crore, up 19.68% YoY. CASA deposits rose 15.77% YoY to Rs 5,380 crore.

The bank reported a 20.3% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 23.88 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 19.85 crore in Q3 FY25, while total income jumped 21.1% YoY to Rs 456.31 crore.

The counter slipped 2.32% to Rs 21.94 on the BSE.

Net profit of Dhanlaxmi Bank rose 20.30% to Rs 23.88 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 19.85 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Total Operating Income rose 21.66% to Rs 407.06 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 334.59 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
