Dev Information Technology will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2026.

The order pertains to the National Pharmacists Registration Tracking System (NPRTS) under the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The project scope includes design, development, system integration, and maintenance of the platform, along with the implementation of cybersecurity measures for the existing IT infrastructure. The company will develop a centralized, web-based system aimed at streamlining pharmacist registration and tracking across the country.

The contract has been awarded on a fixed-cost basis and is expected to be executed over a period of approximately three years, offering medium-term revenue visibility.

Commenting on its outlook, the company said it continues to build momentum in government and enterprise digital transformation initiatives, backed by its capabilities in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions. It added that it is strengthening its order pipeline and positioning itself in long-duration, high-value engagements.

The company reported consolidated net loss of Rs 7.27 crore in Q3 FY26 as against net profit of Rs 1.73 crore posted in Q3 FY25. Revenue from operation declined 7.5% YoY to Rs 44.14 crore in Q3 FY26

DEV Information Technology (DEVIT) has been awarded a significant work order from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI) on behalf of National Pharmacists Registration Tracking System of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)- statutory body of the Government of India .

The scope of the order includes for Design, Development, Integration, and Maintenance of Software/Applications/Platforms, along with Cybersecurity Services for the existing IT Infrastructure of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)). The project also covers the design, development, and maintenance of web based software infrastructure/applications for the National Pharmacists Registration Tracking System of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The total value of the order is approximately Rs 26 crore.

Net loss of Dev Information Technology reported to Rs 7.27 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against net profit of Rs 1.73 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024. Sales declined 7.48% to Rs 44.14 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 47.71 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
