Cholamandalam Investment & Fin. Co. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.7 per equity Share (i.e. 35%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Sales rose 20.22% to Rs 31073.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 25845.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
