The company will use Rs 10.7 crore to purchase computers, and the balance will be utilized to fund growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

The firm reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1.03 crore and sales of Rs 359.22 crore for the six months ended on 30th June 2025.
