Net profit of Capacit'e Infraprojects rose 29.23% to Rs 29.53 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 22.85 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 8.40% to Rs 480.68 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 443.43 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.

Capacite Infra hits 52-week high after launching QIP; floor price set at Rs 264.89/ share

The company's board authorized and declared the opening of the issue on Monday, 8 January 2024.
The floor price of Rs 264.89 is at a discount of 3.83% to the previous day's closing price of Rs 275.45 on the BSE.
The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price so calculated for the issue.
The firm said that the issue price will be determined by the company in consultation with the lead managers appointed for the Issue.
The company has also informed that a meeting of the QIP Committee is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11 January 2024 to consider and determine the issue price of the equity shares to be issued to pursuant to the issue.
Capacit'e Infraprojects is engaged in construction of buildings & factories with specializion in construction of Highrise and Super High-rise residential, commercial, institutional buildings including super speciality hospitals etc.
The compamy’s consolidated net profit fell by 10.7% to Rs 19.84 crore in Q2 FY24 as against Rs 22.21 crore recorded in Q2 FY23. Revenue from operations declined 2.3% to Rs 421.61 crore in Q2 FY24 as against Rs 431.37 crore in Q2FY23.
The scrip hit 52 week high at Rs 290.95 in intraday today.
