The scrip was listed at Rs 175, a premium of 12.18% compared with the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock was currently frozen at its upper limit of 5% over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 183.75 and a low of Rs 166.25. About 4.25 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the counter.

Brisk Technovision's IPO was subscribed 44.80 times. The issue opened for bidding on 23 January 2024 and it closed on 25 January 2024. The price of the IPO was fixed at Rs 156 per share.

The IPO comprised offer for sale is of 8,00,000 equity share. The promoter and promoter shareholding diluted to 59.99% from 99.99% pre-IPO.

Brisk Technovision is engaged in the business of providing information technology solutions. Primary business of the company provides various third party hardware products like servers, desktops, personal computers, laptops and other products as well as third parties software to Indian corporate customers. It also offers services including design, supply and installation of data centres, enterprise networking management, email management, system integration and annual maintenance contract (AMC) for hardware and system maintenance, monitoring and managed services. As on 30 November 2023, the company has total 119 employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 15.67 crore and net profit of Rs 1.52 crore for the period as on 30 September 2023.
