Bondada Engineering has successfully commissioned solar projects of 120.46 MWp during December 2025 for Paradigm IT, MAHAGENCO and NLC India across multiple project clusters located in Dhule, Amaravati, Hingoli, Pathardi, Shevgaon, Kannad and Dharni in Maharashtra and Neyveli in Tamil Nadu.

Notably, the Company has doubled its monthly commissioning volumes on a month-on-month basis over the last two consecutive months, reflecting strong execution momentum, enhanced project management capabilities, and improving operational efficiencies within the Solar EPC segment.

Bondada Engineering has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from AP TRANSCO (Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh) for the development of a large-scale Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.

This order is strategically significant for the Company as it establishes a long-term annuity-based revenue stream, thereby enhancing revenue stability, cash flow visibility and return predictability.

With the receipt of this order, Bondada Engineering's cumulative BESS portfolio now stands at nearly ~1 GWh, positioning the Company as a strong and credible player in India's rapidly evolving energy storage ecosystem.

Under the contract, Bondada Engineering will act as the Battery Energy Storage Developer on a build?own?operate (BOO) basis for setting up a 225 MW / 450 MWh standalone BESS. The project is scheduled to be executed within 18 months from the date of receipt of the LoA.

Bondada Engineering provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services and operations and maintenance (O&M) services to companies operating in the telecom, renewable energy, and Indian railways sectors.

The company's consolidated net profit surged 150.12% to Rs 111.88 crore on a 96.25% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 1,571.38 crore in FY25 over FY24.

Bondada Engineering has secured a strategically significant EPC order from NTPC Green Energy, marking the company's first such order from this entity.

The order pertains to Balance of System (BOS) works for setting up a 300 MW Solar PV Project at Lalitpur, to be executed under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode, along with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three (3) years.

With the receipt of this order, the Company's total EPC orders in hand now stand at approximately ~3.3 GW, providing strong growth visibility and execution momentum over the coming quarters.
