Bondada Engineering has secured multiple orders aggregating to Rs 469.52 crore from Adani Group.

The orders pertain to the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 250 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat ? one of India's largest renewable energy hubs. The execution timeline for the project is eight months from the date of receipt of the order.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entities, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.

Bondada Engineering?s consolidated net profit rose 13.3% to Rs 62.88 crore in Q4 FY26 as against Rs 55.51 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 27.9% year on year (YoY) to Rs 913.85 crore in Q4 FY26.

Bondada Engineering has received a prestigious Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Green Energy for execution of Balance of System (BOS) works for a 600 MW for Block - 1 & Block - 3 Solar PV Project at Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.

The project will be executed under Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and includes Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three (3) years.

This marks the second order received from the NTPC Group, taking the cumulative order inflow to approximately Rs 1,207 crore with a total cumulative capacity nearing ~1 GW.

The orders pertain to the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 75 MW solar power project at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.

The company said the orders strengthen its presence in the renewable energy and environmental sustainability segments. With this, its cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has reached 725 MW.

The orders are from domestic entities and are to be executed within a period of three months. The company clarified that the contracts do not fall under related party transactions and that promoters have no interest in the awarding entities.
