Bajaj Auto announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bajaj Auto Credit has allotted 50,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis on 27 November 2025. The debentures are listed on the National Stock Exchange on 01 December 2025.

Domestic sales aggregated to 2.47 lakh units (up 3% YoY) and exports added up to 2.05 lakh units (up 14% YoY).

Two-wheeler sales rose by 3% to 3.79 lakh units and commercial vehicle sales jumped by 37% to 0.73 lakh units in November 2025 over November 2024.

On a year-to-date basis, Bajaj Auto has registered a 5% growth in total auto sales, with 33.76 lakh units sold compared to 32.24 lakh units in the same period last year.

Bajaj Auto is engaged in the business of development, manufacturing, and distribution of automobiles such as motorcycles, commercial vehicles, electric two-wheelers, etc., and parts thereof.

The company had reported a 53.2% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 2,122.03 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,385.44 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations jumped 19% YoY to Rs 15,253.64 on the BSE.

The counter rose 0.75% to Rs 9,143.25 on the BSE.

Bajaj Auto sold 4,53,273 units in month of November 2025 compared to 4,21,640 units in November 2024, recording a growth of 8% on YoY basis.

Total sales include domestic sales of 2,47,516 units (up 3% YoY) and exports of 2,05,757 units (up 14% YoY) in November 2025.

The company sold 3,79,714 two-wheeler units (up 3% YoY) and 73,559 commercial vehicle units (up 37% YoY) in November 2025.

Bajaj Auto announced its entry into the e-rickshaw category with the launch of Bajaj Riki offering a class-leading 149 km range, a monocoque chassis, hydraulic braking, independent suspension, and fast charging.

Riki was piloted successfully in Patna, Moradabad, Guwahati and Raipur, and now expands to 100+ towns across UP, Bihar, MP, Chhattisgarh and Assam in Phase 1.

The first model in the P40 series ? Bajaj Riki P4005 ? where P stands for Passenger, comes with a 5.4 kWh battery and is priced at INR 1,90,890/- (ex-showroom).

The Cargo model, Riki C4005 has the highest certified range offering at 164km, comes with larger tray size, allows for more earning potential as compared to existing alternatives.
