Net profit of Atlanta Electricals rose 128.87% to Rs 102.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 44.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 81.69% to Rs 747.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 411.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 70.05% to Rs 201.77 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 118.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 48.81% to Rs 1851.52 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1244.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Atlanta Electricals will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 May 2026.

The contract comprises the supply of 53 units of 50 MVA, 132/33 kV power transformers, along with 53 nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing systems (NIFPES).

The rate contract has been awarded for a period of two years, with a provision for extension as per the terms of the bid document. The execution will be carried out in line with the technical specifications and commercial conditions stipulated by RVPN.

Atlanta Electricals is in the business of supplying a wide range of power transformers.

The company reported a 94.6% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 43.34 crore on a 79.7% rise in net sales to Rs 471.82 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Atlanta Electricals fell 3.26% to close at Rs 1,754.25 on the BSE.

Atlanta Electricals has won a Rs 190 crore order from the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (RVPN) for the supply of 53 units Power Transformers.

As per the Notification of Award received from RVPN, the order consists of supply of 53 units of 50 MVA 132/33 KV Power Transformers along with 53 Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System (NIFPES).
