The company further clarified that its group companies have an interest in the entity awarding the order. However, it stated that the transaction has been undertaken on an arm?s-length basis.

The company?s consolidated net profit fell 5.87% to Rs 23.90 crore on a 6.55% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 214.58 crore in Q2 FY26 over Q2 FY25.

The counter rose 0.47 to settle at Rs 906.90 on the BSE.

The order includes supply of six Klystron-based S-band Polarimetric Doppler Weather Radars (DWRs) along with associated systems including AWS and disdrometers. The order includes 3 years warranty followed by 7 years of comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC).

The said order is valued at Rs 171.38 crore (inclusive of GST) and is expected to be completed within 18 months.

The said order is valued at approximately Rs 70 crore and it scheduled to be executed within 8 months. The customer will release 15% of the payment as advance, with the balance payable upon completion of the project.

The company said it is unable to disclose the name of the customer due to commercial confidentiality.
