The board of Arvind at its meeting held on 03 July 2026 has approved the raising of fund by way of issuance of equity shares of face value Rs 10 each (Equity Shares), and/or any instrument or security including convertible/ redeemable preference shares, fully/partially convertible debentures or by way of a composite issue of non-convertible debentures along with warrants, issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs), American Depository Receipts (ADRs), Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) or any other eligible securities, or any combination through permissible modes, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.600 crore or an equivalent amount thereof by way of one or more qualified institutional placement or any other permissible mode and/or combination thereof.

Arvind will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 July 2026.

Arvind announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity Share (i.e. 45%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Arvind rose 5.74% to Rs 159.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 151.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.97% to Rs 2553.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2220.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.10% to Rs 413.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 353.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.70% to Rs 9303.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 8328.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
