Net profit of Arman Financial Services rose 91.08% to Rs 42.00 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 21.98 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 63.78% to Rs 168.76 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 103.04 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.

Arman Financial Services raises Rs 230 cr via QIP issue

Arman Financial Services announced the successful undertaking of its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) by raising Rs 230 crore. The QIP saw interest from investors like WhiteOak, Sundaram Mutual Fund, UTI Mutual Fund, Kotak Life, amongst many others.
Post allotment of 10,47,835 equity shares at issue price of Rs 2195 per share of Rs 10 each, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 104,76,774 equity shares and the fully diluted net worth post allotment stands at Rs 733 crore.

Arman Financial Services raises Rs 300 cr via QIP issue

Arman Financial Services has allotted 10,47,835 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 2195 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 2185 per share) aggregating to Rs 229.99 crore pursuant to the qualified institutional placement issue. The issue price is at a discount of Rs 114.51 i.e. 4.96% of the floor price.
Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs9,75,88,910/- consisting of 97,58,891 equity shares.
