Arkade Developers acquires 6.28 acre land in Thane; targets Rs 2000 cr GDV

The transaction will pave the way for a marquee mixed-use development with a projected gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,000 crore having a RERA saleable area of 9.26 lakh sq. ft., the project launch is slated for early 2026.
Strategically nestled at Kasarvadavali off Ghodbunder Road in Thane West, this upcoming development is set to emerge as a landmark destination, offering a harmonious mix of thoughtfully crafted 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences along with curated retail and commercial spaces. The project boasts sweeping views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park and seamless connectivity via Ghodbunder Road, the Eastern Express Highway.

Net profit of Arkade Developers rose 69.52% to Rs 33.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 19.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 6.97% to Rs 131.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 122.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.
For the full year,net profit rose 27.64% to Rs 156.93 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 122.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 7.62% to Rs 683.10 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 634.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit rose 27.64% to Rs 156.93 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 122.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 7.62% to Rs 683.10 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 634.74 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.

Arkade Developers gains on securing Rs 865-cr redevelopment project in Mumbai

According to the exchange filing, the company has secured the cluster redevelopment rights and registered the DA (development agreement) for Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS, Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS, Sheetal Shreepal CHS, and Sai Shreepal CHS; in proximity to Mahavir Nagar, the project spans 7,084 square meters and is set to deliver a projected saleable carpet area of approximately 2.44 lakh square feet.
The development carries an estimated top line of Rs 865 crore, marking a significant addition to Arkade?s growing portfolio in the western suburbs. Situated in one of Mumbai?s well-connected residential zones, the cluster redevelopment project reflects the increasing momentum of large-scale, community-focused transformations across the city.
