Net profit of Arihant Foundations & Housing declined 62.60% to Rs 4.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 118.88% to Rs 147.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 67.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 38.10% to Rs 58.97 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 42.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 103.60% to Rs 420.32 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 206.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Arihant Foundations & Housing will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.

Arihant Foundations & Housing has allotted 2,45,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 480 per share on conversion of equal number of warrants. Post allotment on 09 May 2026, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 10,21,06,240 consisting of 1,02,10,624 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Prestige Group and Arihant Group have jointly acquired a prime 16.331 acre land parcel in Padi, Chennai. The acquisition has been undertaken through Canopy Living LLP, a joint venture between Prestige Estates Projects and Arihant Foundations and Housing. The land parcel is proposed to be developed into a premium residential project with a total saleable area of about 3.6 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 5,000 crore.

Strategically located in Padi, in close proximity to Anna Nagar, one of Chennai's most sought-after residential micro-markets, the site benefits from a well-established ecosystem, including strong social infrastructure and connectivity.
