Net profit of Apar Industries rose 28.06% to Rs 217.57 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 169.90 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022. Sales rose 1.88% to Rs 3990.59 crore in the quarter ended December 2023 as against Rs 3916.89 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2022.

Apar Industries allots 18.99 lakh equity shares under QIP issue

Apar Industries has allotted 18,99,696 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 5,264 per equity share, i.e., at a premium of Rs 5,254 per equity share [(which includes a discount of Rs 276.33 per equity share (4.99 % of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price)], aggregating to approximately Rs 999.99 crore, pursuant to the QIP Issue.
Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 38,26,86,190 consisting of 3,82,68,619 equity shares to Rs40,16,83,150 consisting of 4,01,68,315 equity shares each.
