Alufluoride announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 16 July 2026.

Alufluoride announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Alufluoride rose 211.33% to Rs 4.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.46% to Rs 51.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 54.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 38.92% to Rs 25.13 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 10.74% to Rs 208.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 188.52 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
