Admach Systems has received a purchase order from domestic customer in the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry, valued at Rs 94.35 lakhs (with GST), for the supply of the following equipment: Non-Destructive Testing Equipment.

With this, the company's current order book stands at Rs 82.09 crore.

Under the terms of the contract, the company will receive a 30% advance along with the purchase order, while the balance payment will be made against dispatch of the equipment.

The order is scheduled to be executed within 16 weeks from the date of the purchase order.

The company said the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity. It also clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.

Admach Systems specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of customized special-purpose machines and automation systems for industries including steel, automotive, food processing, tooling, and engineering. The company offers solutions such as black bar handling, bar chamfering and straightening, bright bar processing, grinding, and super-finishing systems.

The counter fell 3.97% to Rs 265.05 on the BSE.

Admach Systems has received a purchase order worth Rs 5.01 crore for supply of two roll straightening machine from a domestic steel company. With this, the company's current order book stands at Rs 81.71 crore.

Under the terms of the contract, payments will be made through a 100% irrevocable letter of credit (LC). The payment schedule includes 15% advance against submission of an Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG), 15% upon approval of the layout, 50% along with applicable taxes against equipment inspection, 10% upon receipt of material at the project site, and the remaining 10% after installation and commissioning against submission of a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG).

The company said the equipment will be manufactured as per the specified requirements and delivered within 8 to 10 months from the date of order confirmation on a door-delivery basis.

The company further clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the contract.

The counter rose 0.01% to Rs 309.65 on the BSE.
