Ace Software Exports has allotted 64,00,000 partly paid up rights equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each (Rs 5 paid up) at a price of Rs 78/- per rights equity share including a share premium of Rs 68 per rights equity share of which Rs 39 per rights equity share including a share premium of Rs 34 per rights equity share has been paid up on application and the balance amount shall be payable on First and Final Call at such time as may be determined by the Board at its sole discretion.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity shares capital of the Company shall be as follows:

64,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up
64,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each partly paid up (Rs 5 paid up)

The primary objective of the proposed joint venture is to collaborate in the fields of technology and engineering to provide high-quality IT services and solutions to engineering industries in Europe.

The joint venture will focus on engineering services, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data services, and cloud solutions.

The said collaboration aims to expand the company’s presence in Europe through the JV partnership, enabling the marketing of the company’s services across the European region.

Additionally, this JV will support all of the company’s subsidiaries in expanding their footprint in the European market, including SmartPPS (a premium product for engineering production planning and control) to be developed by AQE Techtools, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The company’s consolidated net profit jumped 34.69% to Rs 1.32 crore on 195.45% zoomed in revenue from operations to Rs 5.85 crore posted in Q2 FY25.

Net profit of Ace Software Exports declined 11.22% to Rs 0.87 crore in the quarter ended September 2024 as against Rs 0.98 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2023. Sales rose 195.45% to Rs 5.85 crore in the quarter ended September 2024 as against Rs 1.98 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2023.
