Sales declined 6.00% to Rs 175.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 187.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 39.88% to Rs 35.46 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 25.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 4.46% to Rs 693.36 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 725.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

3i Infotech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 May 2026.

3i Infotech has received an order from a leading US-based credit union, for the establishment of an Enterprise Application Center of Excellence (CoE) for Lending & Collections platforms.

The engagement involves end-to-end responsibility for application management across lending and collections platforms, in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, enabling improved operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the client's evolving digital and business requirements. The contract is awarded for a period of 9 months. The total value of the order is approximately Rs. 2.76 crore i.e. USD 297,000 (exclusive of applicable taxes).

The contract involves the provision of AWS cloud billing services under a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model.

The order, awarded by an international entity, will be executed as per the terms of the purchase order. The company added that its promoter, promoter group, or group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.

3i Infotech provides information technology services and software solutions.

The company?s consolidated net profit declined 87.95% to Rs 2.08 crore on a 5.11% drop in revenue to Rs 172.14 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of 3i Infotech fell 2.58% to close at Rs 12.82 on 13 March 2026.
