NCLT approves resolution plan for Ramsarup Industries

Ramsarup Industries announced that the NCLT has on 04 September 2019 approved the resolution plan submitted by the consortium of SS Natural Resources & Shyam SEL and Power. The order shall be binding on Company and the persons as mentioned in Sec 31(1) of the IBC, 2016.
As per the Resolution Plan approved by NCLT, the trading in the shares of the company is required to be suspended upon approval of the Resolution Plan.
