The Board of Quest Softech India at its meeting held on 01 January 2024 has approved the issue of 1.60 crore equity shares (Partly paid up) of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 30/- per equity share (including premium of Rs. 20/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 48 crore in 3 tranches (including application money) to all the existing equity shareholders of the Company on rights basis (Rights Issue). The rights entitlement ratio is 8 equity shares for every 5 fully paid equity shares held by the existing shareholders on the record date of 08 January 2024.
