The mandate is for executing the Sardar Patel @150th Unity March ? Pad Yatra, a nationally important event scheduled from 25 November to 6 December 2025. The march will begin at Karamsad, the birthplace of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and conclude at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia.

The company said the assignment underscores its growing role in managing large-scale cultural and national events.

Under the order, Praveg will handle comprehensive infrastructure development and end-to-end event execution across multiple locations along the march route. The company?s mandate includes planning, design, implementation, coordination and on-ground management to ensure seamless delivery of the large-scale event.

The scope of work covers the setup of Swagat platforms, construction of performance stages, deployment of a dedicated management team for the Pad Yatra, branding and communication installations, creation of Sardar Sabha platforms, and transportation, logistics and operational coordination. The march will commence from Karamsad and conclude at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia, with participation expected from dignitaries, prominent public leaders and large public gatherings, and the inauguration will be presided over by a high-profile dignitary. The project is valued at Rs 9.96 crore.

Praveg has received a Letter of Award (LoA) dated 18 November 2025, from the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat for the development of a resort at Dhordo, Kutch, Gujarat.

The project involves the development of 46 rooms/keys (luxury tents) and 42 dormitories (total capacity of 252 beds), equivalent to 126 standard rooms, thereby further expanding and strengthening the Company's hospitality presence at Dhordo. This award is in addition to the existing 30 Bhungas currently being operated by Praveg at the location under a 5-year agreement. The project has been awarded with a concession period of 35 (thirty-five) years.

Net loss of Praveg reported to Rs 9.67 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against net profit of Rs 1.42 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024. Sales rose 19.27% to Rs 37.50 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 31.44 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.

According to the company?s disclosure, the project entails the expansion of hospitality infrastructure, including 46 luxury tent rooms/keys and 42 dormitories with a total capacity of 252 beds, aimed at boosting accommodation availability at the popular destination.

The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, carries a 35-year execution period, providing significant long-term visibility. The broad size or commercial consideration of the order is not determinable at this stage, the company said.

Praveg confirmed that no promoter or promoter-group interest exists in the awarding authority and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

The company anticipates robust performance from the upcoming resort, with Expected Average Room Rate (ARR) ranging between Rs 12,000 and Rs 15,000 per night for rooms and Rs 2,500 to Rs 3,500 per bed for Dormitories, supported by an expected occupancy rate of 55% to 60%, driven by rising tourist demand and strong seasonal inflows during the Rann Utsav.
