The company?s consolidated net profit surged 164.38% to Rs 55.52 crore on 43.62% jump in revenue from operations to Rs 644.72 crore in Q4 FY26 over Q4 FY25.

Profit before tax (PBT) soared 172.85% to Rs 79.81 crore in the quarter ended 31st March 2026.

Total expenses climbed 35.559% To Rs 571.47 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 421.48 crore in Q4 FY25. Cost of material consumed stood at Rs 464.84 crore (up 39.93% YoY), power & fuel expenses was at Rs 8.86 crore (up 200.34% YoY) while employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 22.78 crore (down 14.01% YoY) and finance cost stood at Rs 15.37 crore (down 21.54% YoY) during the period under review.

Segment-wise, revenue from energy division surged 93.99% YoY to Rs 105.2 crore whil revenue from mobility segment climbed 36.65% YoY to Rs 539.19 crore during the period under review.

On annual basis, the company?s consolidated net profit climbed 27.8% to Rs 177.49 crore on 28.3% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,312.16 crore in FY26 over FY25.

Meanwhile, the company?s board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share of face value Rs 4 each for FY26.

Olectra Greentech is engaged in the manufacturing of composite polymer insulators, electric buses, and electric trucks.

Olectra Greentech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.

According to a regulatory filing, the LOAs relate to the supply, operation and maintenance of 1,085 electric buses. The order includes 1,025 12-metre non-AC buses and 60 12-metre AC buses.

The contract has been awarded under the Gross Cost Contract (GCC) / OPEX model for a period of 12 years. EVEY will procure the buses from Olectra, with deliveries scheduled over 20 months.

Olectra said the supply value of the 1,085 buses is estimated at approximately Rs 1,800 crore. The company will also undertake maintenance of the buses during the contract period.

The company clarified that none of its promoters or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority. It added that the proposed transactions between Olectra and EVEY qualify as related party transactions and will be conducted on an arm?s length basis.

Olectra Greentech is engaged in the manufacturing of composite polymer insulators, electric buses, and electric trucks. The company's consolidated net profit rose 4.18% to Rs 49.55 crore while net sales rose 25.39% to Rs 656.62 crore in Q2 September 2025 over Q2 September 2024.

Evey Trans (EVEY) has received two Letters of Award (LOAs) from Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) for supply, operation and maintenance of 1,085 Electric Buses, comprising 1,025 (12-Meter Non-AC) Buses and 60 (12-Meter AC) Buses respectively for intra-city operations.

EVEY shall procure these buses from Olectra Greentech (Olectra), which shall be delivered over a period of 20 months.

The value of the two orders is approximately Rs 1,800 crore for Olectra.

The proposed transactions between Olectra and EVEY will fall under the category of related party transactions and will be conducted on an arm's length basis.
