SPML Infra announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 16 May 2026.

SPML Infra has allotted 42,44,844 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/ each at a price of Rs. 215/ per equity share including premium of Rs. 213/- per equity share, on preferential basis to Promoter Group and non-promoters upon exercise of rights attached to 42,44,844 warrants .

SPML Infra will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 April 2026.

SPML Infra has allotted 3,25,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of rights attached to 3,25,000 warrants.

The said shares are allotted at a price of Rs. 215/- per equity shares including premium of Rs. 213/- on preferential basis to Niral Enterprises; a promoter group entity.
