Ceinsys Tech in Joint Venture with Magnasoft Consulting India & GIS and RS Consulting Centre GeoGrapic LLC has received acceptance letter from Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia (MEPA), Georgia for execution of the design, supply and installation of Georgia Land Information System (LIS) on 28 April 2026 for the contract price in the aggregate of Rs. 20.85 crore.

The appointment is for Ceinsys to serve as the agency for the design, development, and maintenance of an integrated project management system, a 3D urban spatial digital model, and a web-based GIS platform.

The appointment was made through an e-tender process. The scope of the order includes both the development and maintenance of the system, with an implementation period of 12 months and an O&M and support phase of 36 months.

The company clarified that neither its promoter nor promoter-group entities have any interest in MHADA, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

Ceinsys Tech is primarily dealing in providing enterprise geospatial & engineering services and the sale of software and power generation.

The company?s consolidated net profit zoomed 118.2% to Rs 38.87 crore on a 52% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 169.94 in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Ceinsys Tech has been awarded service order for product design & manufacturing collection commercial multi-user 3 year subscription renewal at ISRO amounting to Rs. 3,24,50,000 including GST.

The order is valued at Rs 3.24 crore (Rs 3,24,50,000) and covers a three-year subscription period.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority. It also stated that the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction under applicable regulatory norms.
