Adani Green Energy announced that the 11th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 25 June 2026.

Revenue from operations grew 16.05% YoY to Rs 3,094 crore during the quarter under review.

The company reported profit before exceptional items and tax of Rs 596 crore in Q4 FY26, marking a 3.47% increase from Rs 576 crore in the same quarter last year. Exceptional items for the quarter stood at Rs 108 crore.

On a full-year basis, the company?s consolidated net profit declined marginally by 0.69% YoY to Rs 1,987 crore, while revenue from operations rose 22.19% to Rs 11,602 crore in FY26 compared to FY25.

Meanwhile, the board approved the reappointment of three independent directors for a second term. Romesh Sobti will continue as an independent director (non-executive) with effect from 20 September 2026. Neera Saggi and Dr Anup Shah have also been reappointed as independent directors (non-executive) with effect from 7 September 2026.

Adani Green Energy is India?s largest and one of the leading renewable energy companies in the world enabling the clean energy transition. It develops, owns, and operates utility-scale grid-connected solar, wind, hybrid and hydro pumped storage renewable power plants. The company has set a target of achieving 50 GW by 2030 aligned to India?s decarbonization goals.

Net profit of Adani Green Energy rose 72.61% to Rs 397.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 230.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.08% to Rs 3328.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 3051.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 14.40% to Rs 1652.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1444.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.58% to Rs 12326.00 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 11047.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.

Adani Renewable Energy Middle East (AGEL UAE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, has signed a joint venture agreement with Minerva Holding RSC (Minerva), for Minerva Renewables Holding RSC (JVCo) on 08 April 2026.

EPointZero Holding RSC (EPointZero),  the energy and infrastructure arm of International Holding Company PJSC (?IHC Group?), the largest listed company of UAE with market capitalization over US$ 230 billion, has entered in a joint venture with Adani Green Energy for development, construction and operation of RE projects, which the JV intends to develop in India. Minerva is wholly owned by EPointZero.

AGEL UAE shall invest in JVCo. for upto 20% interest, as per the joint venture agreement.
