Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Immersive Technology and Entrepreneurship Labs Foundation (ITEL), Chennai, to jointly drive research, innovation, and capacity-building initiatives in bio-energy, waste management, and green technologies.

The MoU establishes a collaborative framework for joint R&D programs, consultancy projects, training initiatives, and funding proposals, with a focus on developing scalable and commercially viable solutions in the bioenergy and environmental sustainability domains.

The order has been classified as a large-scale contract, with an estimated value in the range of Rs 50?100 crore.

The proposed facility will have a production capacity of 10 tonnes per day (TPD) of CBG using agro-based feedstock and will form part of a larger integrated modern gaushala project, the company said.

Under the contract, ORSL will undertake equity participation and execute the project on an end-to-end EPC basis. The scope includes detailed engineering, technology integration, supply of critical equipment, construction, installation and commissioning of the plant.

The project marks a strategic collaboration between the two companies and is part of a broader plan to deploy 10 such integrated projects across various locations in Madhya Pradesh over the next three years. The total planned investment for these projects is estimated at Rs 500?600 crores.

The development strengthens ORSL?s presence in the compressed bio-gas and sustainable waste-to-energy segment.

Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL) has secured a large-scale order from Shreyam Manek Agro Products  for the construction of a state-of-the-art Integrated Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and biofertilizer project in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. The facility is designed to produce an output of 10 TPD (Tons Per Day) of CBG using agro feedstock and is part of larger integrated modern gaushala. As per the company's project classification, the order is valued between Rs 50 crore to Rs 100 crore.

Under the scope of this contract, ORSL will undertake equity participation, end-to-end EPC execution, encompassing detailed engineering, technology integration, supply of critical equipment, construction, installation, and commissioning of the facility.

The project reflects a strategic collaboration and is part of a larger plan of 10 (ten) such integrated project to be deployed in various locations of Madhya Pradesh with a total outlay of 500-600 Cr INR within a period of 3 years.

Organic Recycling Systems (ORSL) announced that its Research & Innovation Centre (RIC) at MIDC Mahape, Navi Mumbai, has been accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), certifying the laboratory's technical competence in testing and calibration.

The accreditation enables ORSL to offer globally accepted, independent testing and validation services, significantly expanding the commercial and revenue-generating scope of its R&D infrastructure.
