You can click on "Know Your Margin" option to know the premium/margin amount for buying/selling an option. To know the margin you will have to select the option contract, enter the quantity (w.r.t lot size), enter the price and click on the "Know Your Margin"option.
The path for the same is : Trading > Buy/Sell>Know Your Margin
