To activate the Trade on Phone services, please call and select option 3 from the list of main menu options played on IVR System. You will be required to input your Bank customer id and a T-Code provided to you in a PIN mailer at the time of account opening.  You would then need to set a new T-Code.
Post this your account will be activated. Please use this T-Code for further transactions on IVR.
