All pending Cover positions will be attempted to square off by AxisDirect Risk team anytime starting from 2:45 the same day, if not already squared off by the client

However, if due to any reason  AxisDirect Risk team is not able to square off  Cover position(s) then the open position(s) will be squared off on next trading day. Any loss from such square off will be solely to the account of the client only
