The net liquidation value is calculated by AxisDirect and if it falls below a Threshold% as per internal policies of AxisDirect, the position may be squared off. If the NLV % falls below the Threshold value% then AxisDirect shall have the right but not the obligation to square off all or some of the open positions, so that the NLV % is restored to treshold NLV% or above.
