The 'SIP Request Book' Trading -> Order status -> SIP Request Book will display the details of the SIP requests. It will provide you the following details viz. Amount / Qty, Exchange, Stock, Period in months, SIP Start date, Next SIP date and SIP End date etc.

It also provides you the details of all SIP orders, which can be viewed by clicking on 'View Detail' link available against each SIP request. Following can be viewed in 'View Detail' viz. Symbol, Qty, Exchange, Order Status and Remarks.
