Documents required for opening an NRI 4-in-1 Account are as follows:- 

1. PAN CARD with Photograph, Unique Identification No. (UID) Aadhaar, if any

2. Valid Passport (Indian, in case of NRI) ) (Foreign, in case of PIO)

3. Valid Visa (Foreign in case of NRI)

4. In case of PIOs, proof by way of a PIO Card or OCI card (Overseas citizen of India having dual citizenship) etc

5. Indian Passport/Birth certificate/Voters' ID

6. ANY ONE Address Proof (MANDATORY). You need to provide proofs of address for each of your address mentioned in the account opening form. 

Name mentioned on Address proof should match name on the form. Address mentioned on Address proofs should match the addresses given in form.

 (A) Passport

 (B) Driving License (only for overseas address proof)

 (C) Ration Card

 (D) Telephone Bill (Not more than 3 months old) (only landline)

 (E) Electricity Bill (Not more than 3 months old)

 (F) Rent/Leave and License Agreement (Registered) along with utility bill in the name of the landlord

7. ANY ONE Bank (Overseas/Indian) Proof (MANDATORY). You need to provide proof of address for each of your address mention in the account opening form. 

 (A) Bank (Overseas/Indian) Passbook (For latest quarter with atleast 3 Customer induced transactions. It should be signed by all joint applicants and by the issuing bank employee under the seal and the designation ) along with self signed cheque from the same account signed by the applicant 

 (B) Bank (Overseas/Indian) Statement (For latest quarter with atleast 3 Customer induced transactions. It should be signed by all joint applicants and by the issuing bank employee under the seal and the designation ) along with self signed cheque from the same account signed by the applicant
