Please call at our NRI Help Desk Number 022-6148 0809 and select option 2 from the main menu played on IVRS to request for a temporary T-CODE. You will be asked to enter your Cust ID. If the Cust ID is valid, you will be prompted to provide your date of birth.
If you call from your registered mobile number and the date of birth is correct, your temporary T-CODE will be sent on SMS to your registered mobile number. In case your registered mobile no. is not available in our records, the T-CODE pin mailer will be sent to your registered address. You are required to change your T-CODE before you enter into any transaction at Trade on Phone.
