Yes. Any transactions done through AxisDirect under any Mutual Funds, ETFs, NFOs, FMPs can be tracked under "Mutual Fund" section of "My Portfolio" module. Also, if you have  "Transferred In or Switched In" your mutual fund holdings from any other broker, it will get updated in portfolio.

Transactions under Mutual Funds, NFOs and FMPs done in exchange as well as distribution through AxisDirect can be tracked under "Non-ETF" section of my portfolio. While any transaction under ETF would be visible under ETF section.
