NRIPay-out is when the exchange makes the outstanding payment of funds or outstanding delivery of shares to the broker. In case of buy transaction, the securities purchased are delivered to the buyers. In case of sell transaction, the fund amount of the securities sold are given to the sellers by the exchange.
