While placing an Equity SIP request, you are required to select a 'start date'. The Order will be placed from the start date selected by you. Thereafter, the orders would be placed on the basis of the frequency for a period chosen by you. 

On the SIP date, the orders will be placed by AxisDirect any time after commencement of the Exchange normal trading session.
