Kersi Tavadia brings over four decades of IT expertise, specialising in software development, infrastructure services, and cyber security. Throughout his career, Kersi has made significant contributions to the financial services, capital markets, and manufacturing industries.

During his tenure as Chief Information Officer of BSE, he was instrumental in transforming the exchange into the world’s fastest, achieving a response time of 6 microseconds. He led several critical projects, including implementing one of the largest data warehouses using open-source technologies and incorporating AI and machine learning in surveillance systems. Under his leadership, BSE also became the first exchange to build an advanced Cyber Security Operations Centre, setting a benchmark for the industry. Kersi serving as a member of the Technology Advisory Group for the Reserve Bank of India, where he contributed to the Centralised Information Management System.

Kersi is currently an Executive Coach and Capital Markets Leader at StatusNeo Technologies. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Cymmetri and is a member of the Technology Advisory Committee at CDSL Commodities Repository Limited. His extensive knowledge continues to shape the evolution of the digital and cybersecurity landscapes.
