1. Subscription plan offers are to be provided only at the time of new Axis Direct account opening
2. The above offers are only available for Resident accounts and the charges are exclusive of GST. The offer is not applicable to Axis group employees
3. The validity of the offer will be for 365 days or till such time these offers are offered by Axis Direct, whichever is earlier
4. The minimum brokerage of ₹ 25 per order will be applicable for the equity segment i.e. both intraday and delivery (after utilization of complementary delivery turnover) based on transaction
5. The standard brokerage rate will be applicable for all the other segments/products, which are not mentioned in the scheme or T&C
6. The Plan charges attract GST and will be charged upfront. Offer charges are non-refundable and will not be adjusted against future brokerage or any other charges
7. The Offer validity is the “Validity Period” from the realization of Offer Charges
8. The Complimentary Delivery Turnover and other Free Value-added services will not be continued beyond the validity period unless otherwise specifically mentioned
9. In case of Complimentary Turnover, minimum statutory brokerage of 1 Paisa per share shall be charged till the complimentary turnover limit/validity period, whichever is earlier
10. Option Brokerage for all trades done through online mode will be Rs. 20/- per order and all trades made through offline mode will be Rs. 10/- per Lot.
11. All statutory/regulatory levies and other charges including but not limited to Securities Transaction Tax, SEBI Turnover Fees, Exchange Transaction Charges, Stamp Duty, and GST shall be charged separately over and above the brokerage
12. For turnover other than complimentary turnover, the brokerage will be charged as per the applicable rate subject to a minimum of ₹ 25/-(Except Equity SIP) per executed order and a maximum of 2.5%. In case the minimum brokerage calculated comes to more than 2.5%, then the amount that will be charged as a brokerage will be limited to 2.5%
13. In case of discontinuation of offers by ASL, for those customers who have reached the Complimentary Delivery Turnover limit, ASL reserves the right to discontinue the plan with 15 days notice period. In such a case, the customer will be assigned the default fixed brokerage plan
14. The above benefits under the account are subject to regulatory norms in force from time to time and may be discontinued under any regulatory directions for any reason, without giving prior intimation to the client
