Terms & Conditions

Brokerage for Equity and Equity Derivatives	Rs. 20 per order executed

Equity includes Cash, Emargin, Cover & Intraday, Equity Derivatives- both Options & Futures products including Margin, Cover & Intraday. For Buyback & OFS orders also, brokerage will be Rs. 20/- per executed order. However, brokerage charge will not exceed the SEBI prescribed maximum limit

Additional service charge of Rs. 20/- per order executed will be applicable for orders using Axis Securities Limited (ASL) Trade on Phone service or through ASL Risk Team for Square off of open positions and towards sale of collateral to recover client debit balances, if any.

In case of delay in payment of outstanding debits, Interest on Delayed payment will be charged at the rate of 18% per annum on debit balance including on interest already charged and not recovered. No interest will be paid by ASL to client on credit amount lying with ASL, including on cash margins etc

Any penalty levied by Exchanges on the client's positions will be recovered from the client's account (eg. penalty for short collection of margin)

Plan maintenance charges, Plan modification charges, Plan activation charges etc. will attract GST and will be charged upfront.

The Minimum brokerage applicable will be Rs. 20/- per executed order or 2.5% of transaction value whichever is lower

For securities quoting up to Rs. 10.00 per share, Brokerage will be charged at Rs. 0.03 per share, subject to minimum of Rs. 20/- per executed order and a maximum of Rs. 0.25 per share. In case the minimum brokerage calculated comes to more than Rs. 0.25 per share, then the amount that will be charged as brokerage will be limited to Rs. 0.25 per share.

Stamp duty, GST, Securities Transaction Tax (STT), Exchange Transaction charges and all other statutory/regulatory levies will be charged separately as per the rates applicable, over and above the brokerage.

Existing clients of ASL:

Customers who are not meeting the eligibility criteria (minimum AQB of Rs.75000 in linked Axis Bank account) of BROKERAGE PLAN and who received an intimation mail from Axis Direct can avail the plan till 30-September-19 on by paying Rs 500 as plan activation charges, post 30-September-19 the customer will be continued the plan only if he/she maintains an Average Quarterly Balance of Rs. 75000+, otherwise he/she will be downgraded to fixed brokerage plan or his/her earlier plan. For existing clients of ASL who are opting to avail this scheme, the brokerage plan eligibility will be evaluated at the end of every quarter.

If the client has not maintained a minimum Average Quarterly balance of Rs.75,000/-in his linked Axis Bank account in that quarter, he/she will be downgraded to Fixed brokerage plan or the earlier brokerage plan(whichever is applicable).

Quarter for this purpose would be calendar quarter i.e., January 1st- 31st March; April 1st-June 30th;July 1st- September 30th;October 1st- December 31st; For details of Fixed brokerage plan please visit www.axisdirect.in.

AQB details provided by Axis Bank will be considered as final while providing the above brokerage rates under SA75000 brokerage plan. For any queries concerning AQB data, the client will have to take up directly with Axis Bank.

The Brokerage plan is subject to regulatory norms in force from time to time and may be discontinued or modified under any regulatory directions or for any reason. If there are any changes in the brokerage plan, the same will be intimated to the client by giving 15 days prior intimation.

The Brokerage under the plan will be debited based on onetime consent of the client

Margin Trading Facility (E-Margin) is subject to the provisions of SEBI Circular CIR/MRD/DP/54/2017 dated June 13, 2017 and the terms and conditions mentioned in rights and obligations statement issued by the Trading Member.

This plan is applicable to only Resident Individual & HUF clients.

Existing clients who subscribe to SA75000 plan their Trading account will be unmapped from the dealing branch for trade execution services, post subscription to the plan. They can trade thru AxisDirect website, mobile app, DirectTrade or thru Trade on Phone desk.

I hereby authorise ASL to obtain the AQB details, of my bank account maintained with Axis Bank and linked to my AxisDirect trading account, for each calendar quarter.
