Terms and Conditions:

1. An employee of ASL /Axis Bank or any associate/group entity of ASL/Axis Bank, and any of the relatives (Spouse, parents, children, siblings, HUF) or associates of the above employee are not eligible to become Referrer under the campaign
2. The client of Axis Securities Limited (ASL) who participates in this campaign will be eligible to receive incentive for referring their contacts to ASL.
3. All such referred clients should complete their account opening process & have their trading and Demat account with ASL activated before the anticipated LIC IPO closing date
4. The referrer if eligible will be rewarded within T+2 months from the date on which the referred party initiated their account opening process successfully.
5. The referee will be eligible for waiver of account opening charges with Axis Direct. The waiver of account opening charges is applicable only for the Prosperity/Fixed Brokerage Plan
6. The offer is exclusively for customers having Resident Indian status.
7. Upon meeting the above criteria’s by the referee, the referrer will be eligible for credit of Rs 300 as referral award. The eligible reward amount will be deposited in the client’s ledger/linked bank account which is in his/her name and not in any other person’s name.
8. If the referee is already registered in the Axis Direct database as an existing client or potential client, then it will not be considered as a valid referral and the same will be devoid of the Referral Program
9. No incentive amount shall be paid out to any Referral, in case the Client ID/Trading account of the Referral has been closed/deactivated for any reason whatsoever.
10. The Referrer shall not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities w.r.t securities and shall not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred. He/she shall strictly limit his/her role to “Referral” only.
11. The Referrer shall not post the referral code on public forums without any context, and spam any such groups/platforms/pages on social media;
12. The Referrer shall not be a Trading Member or an employee/referral partner/ Introducer/ Authorized Person of any other Trading Member of any of the Exchanges.
13. If any information provided by the Referrer is found to be false and incorrect, ASL shall have the right to recover the entire amount of Referral amount paid.
14. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
15. In case if the mobile number mentioned by the referrer is registered in multiple accounts, the Trading account in which it is tagged as Self will receive the referral benefit
16. This campaign shall not be considered as an invitation or persuasion to trade or invest. Axis Direct and affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of any actions taken in reliance thereon
17. This Referral program is open to all residents of India holding a valid and active trading account with Axis Direct
18. The offering is subject to change anytime at the discretion of ASL management
19. This Referral program does not apply to the following categories of clients:
• Non-Individuals clients excluding HUF
• Non-Resident Indian Clients
• Axis Direct, its Associates, Group companies, and their respective employees including their dependents
• Authorized persons, Business Associates, and their respective employees, dependents, and clients mapped under them
• Any other person/group/entity/category of clients as decided by ASL from time to time at its discretion
