Important Instructions

Terms and Conditions:

• The client of Axis Securities Limited (ASL) will be eligible under this Client Referral Incentive scheme (Scheme) to receive an incentive for referring their contacts at ASL by fulfilling the below condition
• Referrer Rewards:
  • Rs.300 as Ledger Credit: The referrer’s ledger would be credited with Rs. 300/- on successful account opening of the referred client
  • Successful account opening = Account opened by the referee within 90 calendar days of first registering on the platform
  • The incentive to a single Referrer shall not exceed Rs.3,000/- in a calendar month
  • Eligible referrers will be provided the ledger credit by the end of the month in which a referee has successfully opened his/her account
  • This referral amount credited to the ledger can either be utilized for trading, or if remains unutilized, the same will be credited to the primary bank account of the customer as per their respective settlement cycle.
  • Referred clients from one Client ID shall not be transferable to another Client ID
• Referee Rewards:
  • In accordance to a circular issued by NSE, Reference No NSE/INSP/43029, dated Dec 26 2019, the referred client shall not be subjected to any kind of trade inducement by the referring person and hence no rewards are granted to referees on opening the account through a referral link
• If the referee is already registered in the Axis Direct database as an existing client or potential client, then it will not be considered as a valid referral and the same will be devoid of the Referral Program
• No incentive amount shall be paid out to any Referral, in case the Client ID/Trading account of the Referral has been closed/purged for any reason whatsoever i.e. if a customer already had a trading account with Axis Direct before and has now opened an account through the referral link, then that referral will not be eligible
• The Referrer shall not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities w.r.t securities and shall not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred. He/she shall strictly limit his/her role to “Referral” only
• The Referrer shall not be a Trading Member or an employee/referral partner/ Introducer/ Authorized Person of any other Trading Member of any of the Exchanges.
• If any information provided by the Referrer is found to be false and incorrect, ASL shall have the right to recover the entire amount of Referral fees paid.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
• This program shall not be considered as an invitation or persuasion to trade or invest. Axis Direct and affiliates accept no liabilities for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of any actions taken in reliance thereon
• This Referral scheme is open to all residents of India holding a valid and active trading account with Axis Direct
• This Referral scheme does not apply to the following categories of clients:
  • Non-Individuals clients
  • Clients having an inactive or deactivated trading account
  • An employee of ASL /Axis Bank or any associate/group entity of ASL/Axis Bank, and any of the relatives (Spouse, parents, children, siblings, HUF) or associates of the above employee
  • Authorized persons, Business Associates, and their respective employees, dependents, and clients mapped under them
  • Any other person/group/entity/category of clients as decided by ASL from time to time at its discretion
• The offerings are subject to change anytime at the discretion of ASL management & the referrer will be provided rewards basis the offer available at the time of provision and not at the time of link generation
